Katie Seyler, Administrator

The administrator is responsible for ensuring that the VSL Mission, Vision and Values are met within the service line through the development of strong personal relationships while ensuring effective and economic operation of all home and community service lines, providing tactful leadership and supervision, and ensuring that approved service line goals and objectives are accomplished, and quality services achieved and maintained.

Director of Patient Services

The director of patient services is responsible for providing oversight and direction to the team members within the service line. The director of patient services is a full-time registered nurse who works closely with the service line administrator, service line leaders, and team members in order to achieve the goals of the service line. The director of patient services interacts regularly with clients, families, and team members to ensure that quality care and service is delivered on a daily basis. The service line team members are committed to serving each client with integrity, compassion, and excellence and the director of patient services is instrumental in developing and maintaining this environment.

Director of Therapy Services

The director of therapy services is responsible for providing oversight and direction to the therapy team members within the service line. The director of therapy services is a full-time therapist who works closely with the service line administrator, service line leaders, and therapy team members in order to achieve the goals of the service line. The director of therapy services interacts regularly with clients, families, and team members to ensure that quality care and service is delivered on a daily basis.
