I haven’t been here for more than 3 months, but it has been amazing. They include everyone in everything and have many get-togethers and holiday potlucks. It’s amazing.
For one, there is absolutely no micromanaging, which is huge because when you’re able to trust your staff, they’ll never want to leave. Also, there are great educational opportunities, amazing benefits, and a team that I can call “family.”
